As a psychotherapist, licensed professional counselor, and meditation coach I am committed to providing solace and sanctuary, while finding solutions and supporting recovery and growth. My approach aims to restore and renew the mind and body through compassionate discussion and guided practice of a variety of approaches, including evidence based body-mind practices that incorporate use of the breath, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), yoga, mindfulness meditation, and other restorative practices.
